Sauces

This route starts in Los Sauces and goes off towards the forest trails of las Lomadas. Some areas are more technical than others and you are well protected in the shade of the laurel trees. This route has very little asphalt and is mainly forest trails. It has one long and steady climb and then the route is a falling descent until you arrive back at Los Sauces.

This route is situated along the rugged northern coast of La Palma. It starts at Roque del Faro and descends down to El Tablado through dense, green, technical trails that cross several canyons and continues in a winding climb up to Los Castros.

La Pared

This route starts at Sotavento with an ascent and continues on wide, sandy trails up to La Pared. Here you have the feeling of running through a desert with dry bushes. Arriving at La Pared you take off into the west coast of Fuerteventura and you will most probably pass surfers carrying their surfboards. It is easy terrain running along the coast next to the water.
