Located within the Rural Park of Anaga, the Sendero de los Sentidos (Trail of the Senses) is a natural treasure that winds through a laurel forest, delighting hikers with its biodiversity, unique in Europe. To begin the visit, one must head to the Cruz del Carmen, where the visitor center is also located. From there, three routes start along an ancient Royal Path, each with different levels of difficulty. The first route, Senderos de los Sentidos 1, is most suitable for strollers and individuals with reduced mobility, as it is equipped with a boardwalk and a small terrace.
