We talked to Paloma Nuche, PhD in ecology and responsible for Greenpeace campaigns, about the main challenges facing a natural paradise such as the Canary Islands.

If countless botanists have marveled for centuries upon contemplating the north of Tenerife, tourists today have it much easier; not only in feeling the same way, but travelling by car through a region with many botanical, heritage, gastronomic and oceanic treasures in a single day. In order to get to Finca Tomaren you have to cross the lava flows in the badlands and the volcanic ashes of La Geria, in the centre of Lanzarote.
