The Gofio Interpretation Museum (MIGO) is located in the old mill of Las Tricias. Inside, it offers the possibility of visiting the original structure and machinery of the mill and its operation until 1954. During the visit to the museum, you will learn firsthand everything related to gofio, one of the key foods of the Canarian diet and part of its culture. Information is provided on the elaboration process from the sowing of the cereal to the table, its nutritional importance and its multiple uses in local gastronomy. All this through information panels, ethnographic elements, graphic, audiovisual and sensory resources and even a live demonstration of the grain milling process.
