La Gomera cuisine is a reflection of the island’s character and diversity. Starting with its rich flavours and local products, La Gomera has a broad gastronomy: fresh fish dishes, watercress casserole, escaldón de gofio (a very typical paste made from fish stock and flour made from toasted cereals), wines, palm syrup and desserts… In addition, the island has lots of places where you can eat outside in the fresh air, be it by the sea or at the heart of nature.
