A welcoming marina in Gran Canaria
Arguineguín harbour in south Gran Canaria is still a small fishing port but also offers a wide range of services to pleasure craft owners. It’s 93 berths have a draught of between seven and twelve metres and fit boats up to twenty metres. By the quay, the departure point for ferries for the island’s other marinas there is a café that provides refreshments for tired sailors.

Arguineguin harbour has a boatyard and ‘travelift’ and nearby shops sell gas cannisters, foodstuffs and fuel. You can also rent a car to explore the rest of Gran Canaria. Arguineguin harbour is home to a fisherman’s guild that runs a simple restaurants specialising in local fish and seafood cooked to traditional recipes.
