Anatoli Akerman: Kuku

As part of the International Clownbaret Festival, the Teatro Leal in San Cristóbal de La Laguna will host the Canary Islands premiere of "Kuku," a production featuring Anatoli Akerman. Internationally recognized as one of the most intuitive comedic artists, Akerman has made his mark in renowned shows like "Ka" and "Zed" with Cirque du Soleil, as well as in Tim Burton's film "Dumbo." In "Kuku," two characters trapped in daily monotony find themselves in a comedy filled with subtle and melancholic humor. One is a figure in the wheel of life, and the other is a personalized cuckoo clock, leading to a series of unpredictable encounters, from hugs and deceptions to thefts and gifts.
