The Extreme Natural

The Lo Natural Extremo Obstacle Race has been held annually in Garafía, La Palma, since 2012. Organized by the Sports Department of the Garafía Town Hall, this competition aims to diversify sports activities in the municipality and the island. The race combines a trail course with an obstacle circuit that includes pits, ramps, fences, monkey bars, barbed wire, and other surprises. It is a challenging and exciting event that tests participants' endurance and skills in a natural setting.
