Pilgrimage of Los Labradores

The Sunday following the celebration of Saint Lucia (December 13), the Pilgrimage of Los Labradores takes place, in honor of the Virgin of the Rosary. This day the pilgrims put on their best typical costume and the streets of the town with carts, offering visitors typical local products. In addition, during this pilgrimage of Saint Lucia is usually shared the traditional mejunje, a native drink that carries rum, honey and aromatic herbs.
