European Cheese Fair

The town of Firgas will host the eighth edition of the European Cheese Fair, a unique event in the Canary Islands that brings together cheesemakers from the islands, mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Italy, and Portugal. Organized by the Mancomunidad del Norte and the European Cheese Route Association, this fair connects the agri-food and tourism sectors, promoting the consumption of local products and highlighting the quality of Canary Islands cheeses, including those with Designations of Origin such as Queso Palmero, Queso Majorero, and Queso de Flor y Media Flor de Guía.
