Bach Concertante

The Teatro Alfredo Kraus presents "Bach Concertante", one of the most iconic concerts of the International Bach Festival (IBF) since its inception. This program pays tribute to the mastery of J.S. Bach, featuring performances of the Brandenburg Concertos No. 3, 5, and 6, true Baroque gems. Additionally, the evening is enriched with the Cello Concerto in G minor by Austrian composer Matthias Georg Monn and a violin sonata by Élisabeth Jacquet de La Guerre, one of the most outstanding figures of the French Baroque. A concert that blends elegance, virtuosity, and innovation, offering a sonic journey through Baroque music.
