40 FIMC - Javier Perianes. Gran Canaria

Javier Perianes returns to the FIMC on its 40th anniversary with a solo recital entitled 'Crossroads.' This internationally renowned pianist presents a carefully curated selection of works by Clara and Robert Schumann, Brahms and Granados. The first part stands out with variations reflecting the relationship between the Schumann Brahms couple. The second part pays homage to Alicia de Larrocha with Granados's 'Goyescas.' Perianes, awarded and acclaimed, fuses the genius of two centuries through music, becoming established as one of Spain's most prominent musicians of the 21st century.
