Wild yet accessible
El Faro Beach is located to the south of La Palma in a privileged spot where beachgoers can enjoy sun, sea and the area’s natural beauty. The impressive cliffs and two lighthouses – one of them dating back to the beginning of the twentieth century – lend the area a unique beauty. Conveniently accessible by bus and car, the beach is nonetheless blissfully secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Swimming and diving beside a lighthouse
The spectacular scenery of El Faro Beach hits visitors the moment they arrive, where they can enjoy the visual beauty of the volcanic rock and sand, swim alongside an old lighthouse and then lie back in the sun afterwards among fishermen’s boats. The sea here is also highly rated among divers and anglers. With moderate waves, the beach offers services and a beach bar.
