Garachico Harbour

A historic town with a harbour

Garachico’s harbour opened in 2012 and is located in close proximity to the town’s historic quarter – one of the most charming small towns on the island. Found in the north of Tenerife, it has 160 berths on pontoons for pleasure craft up to 15 metres long and is protected from waves and currents by a 650-metre breakwater. Services include 24-hour security, water and electricity on the pontoons and a crane.

The only harbour in the north of Tenerife

Those visiting Garachico by sea will almost certainly notice the small rocky islet opposite the harbour which, over time, has become the symbol of this fishing village. The harbour is a charming enclave for sailors looking to experience the beauty and tranquility of the north of the Tenerife with the added benefit of the variety of services and amenities that the town offers.
