Anaga Extreme

This route is situated in the northeastern part of Tenerife. It is like coming to the end of the world, entering the magic laurel forest landscape.

It starts in La Cumbrilla and descends on technical trails to sea level in Benijo. From here starts the climb back up in a loop around the magical laurel forest of El Pijaral descending back to La Cumbrilla.

The trails are technical and the route is generally challenging. This route is part of the training grounds for the Santa Cruz Extreme trail race.
