Tenerife Music Festival continues to establish itself as one of the most anticipated music events in the Canary Islands, especially following the outstanding success of its previous edition, which featured renowned artists. The festival is not only a meeting point for music lovers, but also a cultural celebration that combines world-class performances with the unique charm of Tenerife as its setting.

Cancellation of the first festival day due to exceptional circumstances related to the official visit of His Holiness Pope Leo XIV. Ticket exchanges and companion access associated with a 2-day pass are not valid for complimentary invitations.

The Tenerife Music Festival organisation announces that the event scheduled for Friday, 12 June, cannot take place due to the exceptional circumstances arising from the official visit of His Holiness Pope Leo XIV to Tenerife.

Over recent weeks, we have worked closely with Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council, the Port Authority and all other relevant organisations to explore every possible alternative that would allow the festival to be held alongside the extensive operational arrangements planned for that day.

However, following recommendations issued by the Territorial Civil Protection Plan of the Canary Islands (PLATECA), aimed at preventing overcrowding and minimising impacts on mobility and public safety during the Pope’s official visit, the competent authorities have revoked the authorisation for the festival day scheduled for Friday, 12 June.

The organisation deeply regrets any inconvenience this situation may cause to all those who purchased tickets for the first day of the festival. We fully understand the excitement that thousands of attendees had placed in this event and the effort many people made to join us for this edition.

The event scheduled for Saturday, 13 June, will proceed as planned and will feature Camilo, in what will be his only concert in Spain this year, alongside Pablo Alborán, Ana Mena and Iván Ferreiro.

In the coming days, information will be provided regarding the refund process for all tickets corresponding to Friday, 12 June, as well as the partial refund procedure for two-day passes.

In addition, attendees who wish to do so may use their individual Friday ticket to attend the event on Saturday, 13 June. In that case, the ticket will be considered used and will not be eligible for a refund.

Holders of a two-day pass may, if they wish, attend the event on Saturday, 13 June accompanied by a guest. In that case, the pass will be considered used and will not be eligible for a refund.
