Los Gigantes Carnival

The Carnival of Santiago del Teide fills the Cliffs of Los Gigantes with music, color, and tradition, offering a diverse program for all audiences. The celebration features iconic events such as the Adult Gala, the Senior Gala, and the Children’s Gala, along with the highly anticipated Gran Coso Apoteósico, where comparsas, murgas, and costumes parade in a burst of joy. Other highlights include the spectacular Drag Gala, the traditional Burial of the Sardine, and the lively Daytime Carnival, inviting families and friends to join in the festivities. Since 1981, this event has transformed Santiago del Teide into the heart of the carnival, where fun and festive spirit take center stage.
