Festivities of El Chorrillo

The El Chorrillo, San Isidro, and Llano Blanco festivals in El Rosario celebrate San Isidro Labrador and Santa María de la Cabeza with a series of traditional and festive events. The program includes the Baile de Magos, featuring music from local groups, and a mass at the church of El Chorrillo in honor of San Isidro. Highlights also include the Gala for the Election of the Romera and Romero Mayor, with live performances and the participation of candidates for these titles. The festivities continue with a cattle-dragging contest, a mass and procession with a grand fireworks display, and a livestock fair. Additional activities include the Paseo Romero, cattle blessing, and a range of entertainment events.
