Bread, Cheese and Wine Days

Rural Gastro Tanque offers three days dedicated to flavor and local products, an event that celebrates tradition and the gastronomic richness of the region. Attendees can enjoy activities that include visits to production spaces, workshops on kneading gofio and making cheese, talks on traditional agricultural practices, wine and cheese tastings, and a closing event featuring a cocktail made with local ingredients.
