"Von Lustig, the Man Who Sold the Eiffel Tower" is a theatrical production by Los Absurdos Teatro that tells the incredible true story of Victor Lustig, the con artist who managed to sell the Eiffel Tower in 1925. Set in the spring of that year, the plot unfolds in a suite at the luxurious Hotel Crillon in Paris, where Lustig, posing as a French government official, convinces scrap metal dealers to purchase the iconic monument under the pretense of its dismantling.
