3 August to 31 October
La Casa Amarilla is hosting the exhibition "The Voice of the Earth: 60 Years of Peasants" until the end of October, celebrating the journey of this influential folk group from Lanzarote, awarded the Gold Medal of the Canary Islands in 2003. Organized by Los Campesinos themselves under the direction of Miguel A. Corujo and the artistic direction of Carmen Corujo, the exhibition offers an overview of their history and the essence of rural life on the island. The exhibition includes photographs by Adriana Sandec and texts by Benito Cabrera, as well as music and audiovisuals created by Los Campesinos. In parallel, the video installation "Poets of the Jable," directed by Javier Ferrer, is presented at CIC El Almacén.
