Widows on the Run

Widows on the Run. takes place in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria as one of the most fun and eagerly awaited Carnival events. In a lighthearted, humor-filled atmosphere, inconsolable widows and all kinds of characters cover 3.5 kilometers amid laughter, mock tears, and plenty of cheeky flair, as a prelude to the traditional farewell to Don Carnal and the Burning of the Sardine.
