Telde Film Festival

The Telde Film Festival is a cultural initiative aimed at promoting local and regional filmmaking talent. In its third edition, the festival features the section “Cortos de Canarias,” dedicated to fiction, documentary, video art, or animation works under 15 minutes, created by directors born or residing in the Canary Islands. Additionally, the festival includes the “Telde Rueda en 7 días” section, a fast-paced filmmaking competition where participants must create a short film in one week, using recognizable locations in Telde and with a maximum duration of 3 minutes and 30 seconds. This initiative seeks to foster creativity and highlight the municipality’s urban and natural landscapes as cinematic settings.
