Romería de El Calero

The Offering Pilgrim to Nuestra Señora de Fátima in El Calero, Telde, is a heartfelt and colorful celebration held every May as part of the Patron Saint Festivities in honor of the Virgin of Fátima. Starting from Pascal Street, the romería winds through the neighborhood with decorated carts and locals dressed in traditional Canarian attire, accompanied by folk music and dancing. Throughout the procession, participants carry offerings as a sign of devotion, making the event a powerful expression of faith, cultural identity, and community participation.
