Great Day of the Horse

Great Day of the Horse, now in its 29th edition, is a major celebration within the Festivities in Honor of the Virgen de la Salud in Pino Santo Alto, Santa Brígida. The event pays tribute to the deep connection between tradition, culture, and the equestrian world through vaquera, classical, and adapted dressage competitions, horse parades, equestrian dances, and open-air festivities.
The program is enriched with musical events such as concerts and themed parties, along with cultural activities like traditional theater, making this gathering a festive and heritage landmark in Gran Canaria.
