Gonzalo Rubalcaba in concert

Teatro Pérez Galdós welcomes the legendary pianist and composer Gonzalo Rubalcaba as part of the lineup for the Canarias Jazz & Más International Festival, firmly established as one of the brightest figures in contemporary jazz. With three Grammy Awards, four Latin Grammys, and a critically acclaimed career, Rubalcaba is recognized as one of the greatest pianists of the 20th and 21st centuries, often compared to giants like Glenn Gould, Martha Argerich, and Bill Evans. On this occasion, following the release of his album Borrowed Roses – Piano Solo, he will be joined by the talented bassist Matt Brewer and the renowned drummer Eric Harland, in a concert that promises to be an exceptional musical experience.
