Galdar Cheese Fair

Gáldar hosts the Cheese Fair, a gastronomic event that highlights the cheesemaking tradition of the Altos de Gáldar and the work of the island’s artisanal producers. The event brings together cheesemakers, artisans and visitors around tastings, sampling sessions and stalls offering local products, accompanied by music and expressions of Canarian popular culture.
