Arube in concert

The University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria presents Arube, a trio of Canary Islands artists formed by Alba Gil, Belén Álvarez, and Xerach Peñate. This project blends vocal melodies with processed sounds from percussion, saxophone, and synthesizers, creating a unique mix of electronic and pop with traditional influences. After years of individual careers, the members come together to offer an intense artistic experience. Their debut LP, released in 2023, includes the single "Curandera."
