Verano Joven 23 (Fuerteventura)

Through the Ministry for Education and Youth, a diverse programme of enriching experiences is offered for young people between the ages of 12 and 30.
Registrations are open from today, and will be the Monday before each activity.
For the month of August, surfing has been organised at Playa Blanca and Puerto del Rosario on the 4th and 5th; a catamaran excursion in Gran Tarajal on Wednesday 16th, and Latin sailing in Corralejo on 23rd and 25th August.
In September, aquatic activities will take place on Friday 1st in Caleta de Fuste; paintball in La Lajita on the 8th; 'Amasijoven' kneading and baking workshop in Villaverde on Sunday 24th, and traditional fishing gear workshop in El Cotillo on Saturday 30 September.
As part of the 'Youth Territory' programme, a youth gathering will be held at the Tefía Youth Hostel to celebrate International Youth Day, which is commemorated every year on August 12. This activity has been organised in collaboration with the Addiction Information and Prevention Service (SIPA), of the Ministry for Social Action and is for young people from 14 years of age.
