Bodegas Frontos leads a project to recover rural areas in south Tenerifeand combines architectural design and modern production techniquesallowed under European rules covering rural and environmentaldevelopment. The 540,000 square metre rural estate is a combination ofwinery and restaurant and has its own vineyards, winery, restaurant andtasca. It offers visitors guided tours of the winery and vineyards, priorreservation advised, as well as tastings and wine tasting courses.

Bodegas Frontos makes around 100,000 bottles of wine a year includingfour whites; an organic dry white, semi-sec, traditional multi-varietal andtraditional selection. It also produces an intense rosé, a red varietal madefrom local babosa negra grapes, a red made from a range of local grapevarieties, and a traditional sweet aperitif wine made from malvasia grapes.Visitors can sample all these wines at the Restaurante Frontos along withfish, meat and pudding dishes made from the best Tenerife produce.
