Orienteer with the best views of Lanzarote

This spectacular map, which you reach from the small town of Haría (known in Spanish as the Valley of the 1000 Palm Trees), allows you to enjoy the best panoramas of the north of Lanzarote, a bird's-eye view of most of the map over the Famara Cliff with the immense blue sea of the Chinijo archipelago. The map is located at the top of the Famara Cliff, a volcanic area with almost no trees and of a very peculiar, characteristic nature.

Orienteering map of volcanic land

The picnic area, located at the start of the route, allows you to enjoy a family day surrounded by unbeatable views. The volcanic terrain, which is amazing because it is so unusual in orienteering, provides some areas of microrelief that require fine map reading. The vegetation does not prevent you from going fast, you have to pay special attention to low vegetation and be careful, as the area has multiple specimens of endemic flora. Lastly, you must avoid the dangerous drops on the edges of the map.
