Son Festival

In La Plaza del Llano de Alcalá, the Son Festival is an international gathering dedicated to traditional Cuban music, integrated into the local festivities and turning the town into a space for cultural exchange. The event has become a meeting point between the Cuban community living in the Canary Islands and the historical ties forged through Canarian emigration to Cuba, with music and dance as its central axis.
