San Juan Festivities

The San Juan Festivities in Puerto de la Cruz celebrate tradition and local identity with a program that includes the Enrame de los Chorros, where fountains are adorned with flowers; the Hogueras de San Juan, a magical night on the beach to burn away negative energy; and the Baño de Cabras, a ritual of Guanche origin meant to protect and bless livestock.
