Marcela

The Paraninfo of the University of La Laguna hosts "Marcela". A Song of Cervantes, a theatrical production inspired by the literary universe of Miguel de Cervantes. The play revisits the story of Marcela, a character who faces social judgment after being blamed for the death of a man. Through her voice and her defense, the protagonist challenges the norms and prejudices of her time, offering a stage reflection on freedom, justice and the right to decide over one’s own life.
