Festivities of Santa María Magdalena

The Festivities in honor of Santa María Magdalena in Las Caletillas, organized by the Candelaria City Council together with the El Pueblito Neighborhood Association, bring together tradition, culture, sports, and community life each year. The program offers activities for all ages, from sports tournaments and popular games to children’s workshops, open-air cinema, and musical performances.
Among the highlights is the traditional Dinner of Magicians and Fishermen, which celebrates Canarian identity and reinforces the community spirit of festivities that keep local roots alive while fostering spaces for gathering and shared enjoyment.
