Estrellas de Buena Vista and more is a musical project led by Pancho Amat, widely regarded as the greatest tres player in the world. It was created with the aim of preserving and projecting the legacy of the legendary Buena Vista Social Club. Comprising original members of the project along with a new generation of talented Cuban musicians, the group pays tribute to the deepest roots of the island’s traditional music, blending a deep respect for classical forms with contemporary influences that enrich their repertoire. With each performance, the ensemble revives the golden era of Cuban music while propelling it into the future, sharing the energy, joy, and rhythmic richness of Cuba on stages around the world.
