Romería San isidro Labrador

The main pilgrimage of San Isidro in Los Realejos (Canary Islands) is usually held on the last Sunday of May (this year is in June). This celebration has been declared of National Tourist Interest. On this date the neighbors wear the typical costumes of the island, flaunting the folkloric tradition of Los Realejos, while accompanying the images of the Saints. They multiply the rounds and groups of magicians singing and dancing in front of the images of San Isidro Labrador and Santa María de la Cabeza (his wife), and among the participating floats.
