Flavors of Tinajo

Flavors of Tinajo is a gastronomic initiative held in the Plaza de San Roque as part of the San Roque Festivities and the “Dinamiza Rural” program by the Government of the Canary Islands. This event invites participants to discover the richness of local products through an experience that combines live cooking and tasting, aiming to promote zero-kilometer consumption and strengthen the municipality’s primary sector.
