Arrecife Capital Orgullosa

Arrecife becomes a Proud Capital with a cultural and participatory program that celebrates diversity, inclusion, and respect. Under the theme “Culture & Diversity”, activities include symbolic lighting of buildings, the raising of the rainbow flag, poetry contests, cabaret performances, art unveilings, and the staging of the musical "Los tacones de papá".
The city hosts gatherings with associations, film screenings, music, and art as powerful ways to raise visibility and advocate for LGTBIQ+ rights, promoting a more pluralistic, open, and respectful society.
