As part of the Cangrejos Albinos Festival, chef Ángel León presents a unique experience at the Jameos del Agua Auditorium: "Cooking the Sea". Known as the “chef of the sea,” León transforms marine ingredients into true culinary creations, blending science, sustainability, and gastronomic creativity. The evening, hosted by journalist Ángeles Blanco, invites the audience to dive into a universe where cooking becomes a sensory narrative and a tribute to the ocean. The volcanic setting and the natural acoustics of the auditorium enhance this free event, which requires prior reservation.
