Music from the South: DEF MAA

Teatro Circo de Marte presents "Music from the South: DEF MAA", an initiative aimed at building connections with musical projects from around the world, offering a space where international artists can engage with local audiences. In this first edition, the Senegalese group Defmaa Maadef will perform in an intimate format, following their participation in the 20th World Cultures Fair in Puntagorda. Defmaa Maadef is a collaboration between two prominent figures from Senegal’s urban music scene: Mamy Victory, known for her electrifying stage presence, and Defa, former member of the group 'Rafa' and renowned backing vocalist for Daara J Family.
