Leisure and Health

Leisure and Health 2025 is a day organized in San Sebastián de La Gomera that promotes physical and emotional well-being through participatory activities. The event brings together healthy lifestyle workshops, sports exhibitions, yoga with live music, panel discussions on healthy habits, art exhibitions, and freestyle and rap sessions. It also includes cooking demonstrations and alcohol-free cocktail making, lectures on mental health, and spaces for community interaction.
