Volcanic: Leaves of Grass

Volcánica IX is the ninth edition of the annual show created by Memvus Arte and the Auditorio y Teatro Foundation of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, inspired this year by "Leaves of Grass", the renowned work by Walt Whitman. Premiered at the Teatro Pérez Galdós, this multidisciplinary production brings together over 120 artists from different generations who, through singing, dance, percussion, and cinematic art, give life to a collective epic that celebrates freedom, equality, and life.
