San Ginés International Regatta

The San Ginés International Regatta is the oldest offshore race in the Canary Islands and one of the most demanding in the Atlantic circuit, organized by the Real Club Náutico de Arrecife since 1947. It consists of an ocean crossing between Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Arrecife (Lanzarote), with the participation of boats from various classes and experienced crews. The course tests the sailors’ skill, endurance, and strategy, establishing itself as a landmark event in the sailing calendar due to its historical significance, technical complexity, and the exceptional setting in which it takes place.
