Donkey

The play “Donkey”, organized by the Fundación Yrichen and created by the A.C. Escuela de Interpretación Guacimara Correa, presents a satire set in 3rd-century BC Greece. The plot unfolds when a dentist rents a donkey and, after using its shadow to rest, faces the owner’s demand for an extra fee. What begins as a trivial dispute escalates into an absurd trial with philosophical, theological, and political implications that divide the entire city.
