Bajada del Tabique

Valleseco celebrates the Bajada del Tabique, a tradition that keeps alive the memory of community solidarity in times of need. The neighborhood of Lanzarote revives this custom in which, in the past, humble families would walk to the farmhouses of Cueva Corcho and Crespo in search of tabique, an essential food. The festivity combines music, symbols of rural life, and community participation, becoming a tribute to the shared history and the values of mutual support that shaped the town.
