Afortunadas

"Afortunadas", at the Pérez Galdós Theatre, is a musical comedy with contemporary dramaturgy set in the early 17th century, during the expulsion of the Moriscos from Spain. With a dynamic tone and a plot full of intrigue, the play brings together four characters of diverse backgrounds and disguised identities in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where, over the course of three days, they face a double mission: to decipher a mysterious book and draft a report that will determine the fate of the Moriscos on the islands.
