International Film Festival "Insularia, Canarias Connected"

INSULARIA - ISLAS EN RED is an international film festival focused on the cinematographies of the world’s islands. This event is the first Spanish-speaking festival to offer a program exclusively dedicated to island cinema, highlighting the cultural diversity of these territories through the seventh art. In addition to film screenings, INSULARIA aims to become an international forum that brings together creators and showcases island cultures through various disciplines, including visual arts, music, and literature. Participants from regions such as Iceland, Great Britain, the Scandinavian Islands, New Zealand, Ireland, the Balearic Islands, the Azores, Sardinia, Madeira, Taiwan, Cuba, Puerto Rico, and Sri Lanka have been part of previous editions, reflecting the rich cultural variety celebrated by the festival.
