Festival Clásicos en Colores 2022

Clásicos en Colores presents its second edition in honor of Frida Kahlo, which aims to offer a different view of the Mexican artist. It is a festival that tries to take a different, atypical, heterodox approach to the icons and legends of art of all times. This cycle aims to revisit the great masters of art and explore their personalities, their behavior and their creations to rediscover what we know and what we do not know about the myths of art of which we probably know less than we think. They will be our Classics of Colors, because we want to recreate their timeless work from different angles, approaches and possibilities.

In this year 2022, Clásicos en Colores has prepared an eclectic and polyhedral program, with a wide range of different contents, ranging from music to conferences or cinema. It will be a banquet for the senses, for a month, in the incomparable setting of the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium and the Pérez Galdós Theater in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where the festival's program will take place.
