Merese Grape Harvest Festival

The Wine Harvest Festival of Merese in El Hierro, held as part of the Patron Saint Festivities in honor of San Lorenzo and La Candelaria, celebrates the grape harvest with a series of events highlighting the local winemaking tradition. The festival begins with grape picking in the vineyards, followed by the traditional pressing of the grapes to produce wine.
